Classes at RH Fitness

Fitness Classes are a great way to keep motivated, and with our live and online options joining in has never been easier. We offer a range of classes suitable for all abilities, all lead by fully trained and experienced instructors. Classes are included within select memberships, or can be paid for individually or in packs. You can see more information on classes below or click here to book.

Virtual Classes

Access a library of virtual classes on demand and recorded live streams suitable for all levels.

Live Stream Classes

Classes streamed via Zoom so you can follow from the comfort of your own home. 

Small Group Classes

Live classes as you know them, but in smaller groups to give a focus on coaching and technique. 

What's on offer?

Bootcamp

Traditional style bootcamp classes with mixed cardio and strength exercises. Bursts of high intensity will kick up the calorie burn, mixed in with the use of specialist equipment and exercises will improve strength, agility, and coordination.  

HIIT Athletic / HIIT Power

High Intensity Interval Training is proven to deliver the results you expect in half the time. HIIT Athletic combines high intensity cardio work with athletic plyometric moves, While HIIT Power combines plyometric work with lightweight but high intensity strength training with a cardio kick.  

Core FX

Strength and endurance training through various exercises to develop your core muscles. Benefits include improving overall strength, posture, and helping prevent against injury. A full workout in it’s own right or bolt on to the end of your workout to really challenge the body. 

Circuits

Circuit training provides a full body high intensity workout using a range of equipment and body weight exercise. You will be tested in in this mixed intervals session, and with each class comes a group challenge to finish the session off strong.
